The prices are per week and are exclusive of tax at 13.00 percent. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at $210/£133 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $125/£80. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. An initial deposit of $400 per week is due to secure your reservation. The final balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival along with a $400.00 security deposit which is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
